  • Who Should Attend:  Managers who are responsible for 4 or more direct reports
  • Why:  We are hearing from managers at every level that staying connected to your team is a challenge in a remote environment.  They are struggling to keep their teams motivated and accountable to critical tasks.  They are worried about their team’s mental health due to a magnitude of changes in their market and work environment, They are seeking better ways to connect with their team members and enhance their professional development.

  • What:  Our focus for this program will on 3 key leadership topics.  1.  Leadership Principals and 4 critical leadership behaviors.  2.  Managing Organizational Change and Goal Setting.  3.  Understanding your People and what motivates your team members
  • How:  This will be an interactive workshop supported by on-line course work, participant workbooks, supplemental readings and active role playing.  All participants will receive:  Course materials via Sandler On-Line and a 12 month subscription to Sandler’s leadership content, A DISC communication style assessment, OutMatch behavioral assessment and text The Success Cadence.
  • Intended Result:  The goal of this program is to provide participants a new confidence in the management activities, expose them to critical core competencies that drive leadership success and provide them the ability to share and benefit from best practices amongst the participants.
